- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Run!! Do not rent from them, and DO NOT hire them as your property manager! Personally, I have dealt with property managers.professionally, I work with property management companies. I have never seen anything like this. FILFTH! Pink mold coating everything in the bathroom, curtains lined with cat hair (in a pet free apartment), walls dark with years of filth, food in the cupboards, slim and ilk in the refrigerator! We were told nothing could be done about the pink mold covering the bathroom. Walls, ceilings, floors are now white, thanks to my scrubbing! Best thing you can do is RUN the other way! And if you are a property owner, find a manager who will take care of your property. This is DISGUSTING!By April Allison, March 21, 2018
